2008 Application Process

All applicants must submit the following material:

1. A copy of your curriculum vitae.
2. Three detailed letters of recommendation sent by individuals who are familiar with your clinical ability and/or research potential. One of these letters must be from your Department or Division Head who must indicate responsibility for tuition charges.
3. A one-page statement of your reasons for wishing to attend this program, indicating your professional goals and describing why you feel that this program will be beneficial to you.
4. A completed Application Form (Word Doc)

All application material must be received by February 1, 2008.

Students who wish to apply for a Master's program at the Harvard School of Public Health must also complete the usual application process for that program.  Application material can be requested by calling the Admissions Office at 432-1030.
