I am an international student. Are there different admissions requirements for international students in terms of test scores?

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test is required for all applicants from countries where English is not the language of instruction or from institutions where English was not the language of instruction.
