Cost Containment Guidelines & Tools
The impact of the world-wide financial crisis is affecting Harvard. There is a University-wide need to reduce spending within all schools. We are not facing the same challenges as many other Harvard schools given that our reliance on the endowment is more limited.
In response, the HSPH Senior Management team is working to develop and implement certain cost containment measures to aid in these efforts.
