Webex Accounts Available

Dear HSPH Faculty and Staff,

The Harvard University web conferencing pilot came to a close in early June. During the pilot, HSPH faculty and staff used Webex successfully for courses, continuing professional education, meetings, webinars, and other collaborations.  Elsewhere at the University, web conferencing pilot users utilized web conferencing for alumni outreach, prospective student sessions, course office hours and sessions, and virtual computer laboratory sessions.

HSPH Information Technology Department is pleased to announce that HSPH and HMS have negotiated a new one-year contract with Webex to continue our use of the product through June 2009.  HSPH has 25 account available to the community.

Webex will be hosting a demonstration session on Tuesday, July 8 at 2 pm.  

You may either join the Webex session at your own computer or join HSPH Media Services staff members in Kresge 110.  If you would like to be added to the email invitation list for remote access to the session, please contact me.
