HUSHP Supplement: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Hospital/Specialty and Medco Prescription Drug Coverage (2)
Charged to every resident and full-time non-resident student. Full- and part-time students may be eligible to waive this fee and this coverage if on-line waiver form is completed prior to September 30th for fall, and February 28th for Spring.

HUSHP Basic: Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) Fee (3)
Compulsory for all resident students taking more than 10 credits per semester. Part-time students taking 10 credits or less may be eligible to waive this fee and this coverage if on-line waiver form is completed prior to September 30th for fall, and February 28th for Spring.

2 - Family/spousal BC/BS health insurance is available to all students at a coverage fee of $3,866 for a student and spouse; $2,954 for a student and child; $5,106 for a student, spouse and child; and $5,728 for a student, spouse and children.
3 - Family/spousal UHS service is available to all students at a coverage fee of $2,700 for a student and spouse; $1,820 for a student and child; $3,394 for student, spouse and child; and $3,742 for a student, spouse and children.
