Check-In, New Students (Students must be financially cleared to register)

Wednesday, August 31 Student loan disbursement begins for fall semester
Thursday, September 1 Refunds are processed for students with credit balances on their accounts. Refund Form submission is required.
Friday, September 2 DEADLINE:  Students who registered with loans pending must have all documents submitted and all loan notes signed or anticipated aid will be reversed and term bill must be paid.
Thursday, September 15 Student enrollment data (full-time, half-time, less than half-time, graduated, etc.) is transmitted to National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) at regular intervals starting on this date in the fall semester which may impact loan deferment and/or repayment on federal loans. Visit http://www.nslds.ed.gov/for the status on your federal loans. 
Friday, October 28 Term bill due for students graduating in November 2011
Thursday, November 17 Spring E-Bills sent to students
Thursday, December 1 Registration for Spring 2012 begins (Students must be financially-cleared to register)

Earliest date U.S. Citizens and Eligible Non-Citizens may file a 2012-2013 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)

Zuckerman Fellowship: TBD

The Zuckerman Fellowship Applications are due at the Committee on General Scholarships.

Friday, February 17

Priority filing date for 2012-2013 financial aid applications for new students.
