CGS administers many fellowships for students both domestically and internationally. Although HSPH determines CGS Restricted funds, there are other fellowship opportunities for students that require applications directly through CGS.

GENERAL UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS
Most scholarships have very specific eligibility criteria and only applicants who are nominated by the OSFS with the appropriate documentation will be considered. Competition for these scholarships is University-wide and scholarship amounts may range. Students must apply for financial aid through HSPH and meet the priority filing deadline in order to be considered. (Please see HSPH application instructions and materials for detailed information. For the 2009-2010 academic year, the deadline is February 6, 2009 for new students and March 13, 2009 for returning students). TRAVELING FELLOWSHIPS
The CGS administers traveling fellowships each year to Harvard students for an academic year of travel, study, and/or research abroad. Competition for these scholarships is University-wide and scholarship amounts may range. Students must apply directly through the CGS. Eligibility criteria, deadlines, and application procedures vary among the traveling fellowships.
