The Student Financial Services Office is open from 9:00am to 4:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday. The office is located at 708 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115. This location is across the street from the main buildings of the Harvard School of Public Health. Kathryn Austin, Director of Student Financial Services

Kathy manages the office and works closely with the other directors within the Student Services operation. She handles institutional policy decisions, strategic financial aid planning, and data reporting inside and outside of the University.
Outside of work, Kathy spends time with her two young boys and helps operate her husband's ornamental plastering business.
Mary Lee Venuti, Assistant Director

Mary Lee is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for the delivery of Title IV aid including packaging awards, processing Direct and Federal Perkins Loans, and managing the Federal Work Study program. She also counsels students on budgeting and debt management and is in charge of technology and compliance for the office.
She is now a full-time member of OSFS and is looking forward to working with students and helping them finance their graduate education in public health.
In her free time, Mary Lee also helps her husband run his seafood restaurant.

In her spare time Majida is an entrepreneur who designs handmade one-of-a-kind jewelry.

Jenn handles refunds and stipends for all HSPH students, coordinates Committee on General Scholarships awards for HSPH students, and is the returning student financial aid application coordinator.
In her free time, she acts and helps out with a Somerville-based theater group.
