College Math/Pre-Calculus Course and HSPH Math Review Required

Your admission to HSPH is contingent upon completing a college Math/Pre-Calculus course before arriving at the school. You are required to provide the HSPH Admissions Office with official documentation (from the institution where you enroll in the course) verifying enrollment by June 1, 2013. Please note that statistics courses will not fulfill this contingency. You will also be required to submit an official transcript from that institution by August 10, 2013, confirming your successful completion of the course (earning a grade of B+ or better) or you will not be able to register for the 2013-2014 academic year.

In addition, please note that you will need to register for the HSPH Math Review Workshop, which will be held during orientation in August. Without verification of your attendance and successful completion of the HSPH Math Review Workshop from the instructor, you will be unable to complete your registration for the 2013-2014 academic year. You will receive information about the Workshop on the admitted student website after April 15, 2013.
