Evaluating Coalition Development and Program Implementation

Process Evaluation
The effective functioning of a coalition depends upon two factors: the functioning of the group (coalition development), and the group's experiences of success and mastery in its task (program implementation). Development of the AMOD coalitions is evaluated using the Key Informant Questionnaire (KIQ), Focus Groups, and Participant Observation; program implementation is evaluated using the Intervention Tracking System (ITS).
