The Guide to Campus & Community Indicators
We collect primary and secondary data describing alcohol-related problems and environmental factors on campus and in the community at AMOD sites from records, newspaper accounts, reporting systems, and through systematic social observation.
Data include:
- campus and community demographics and layout
- availability of student housing and transportation
- alcohol-related health on campus and in the community
- alcohol-related public health resources on campus and in the community
- campus health service statistics and resources
- alcohol-related conduct and security statistics for the campus and the community
- safety and security resources on the campus and in the community
- campus AODA (alcohol and other drug abuse) policies
- policies on campus and in the community regulating alcohol industry sponsorship of events
- alcohol advertising policies and practices on campus and in the community
- campus housing and residence life policies
- Greek life policies
- state and local policies on alcohol supply and control
- indicators of campus and community relations
