Ana Paula de Barcellos is a Constitutional Law Professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) since 2002, and she is also a lawyer in Brazil. Dr. Barcellos research agenda in the last years has focused on public policies for the promotion of fundamental rights, particularly education and health care rights.  As a Research Fellow in the Takemi Program in International Health, Dr. Barcellos’s research involves Brazilian Public Health Care System: how to focus on the poorest and improve efficiency.
