The Opening Session will take place on Sunday, October 26, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the San Diego Convention Center in Exhibit Hall D.
The featured speaker will be Professor Sir Michael Marmot, Director of the International Institute for Society and Health, MRC Research Professor of Epidemiology and Public Health, University College London. Dr. Marmot will address "Health in an Unequal World: Report from the Commission on Social Determinants of Health."
The Closing Session will be on Wednesday, October 29, from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm at the San Diego Convention Center. This session will feature a panel of former U.S. Surgeons General as they reflect on past achievements and explore health concerns on the horizon.
