Exams and Defenses

Lisa Prosser, doctoral student in the PhD Program in Health Policy, will present her thesis, "Patient Preferences and Economic Considerations in Treatment Choices for Multiple Sclerosis," on April 10 at 10 a.m. in Room 224-E, HMS, 180 Longwood Avenue.

Melinda Beeuwkes Buntin, doctoral student in the PhD Program in Health Policy, will present her thesis, "Risk Selection in the Medicare Program" on April 11 at 2 p.m. in Room 224-E, HMS, 180 Longwood Avenue.

David Howard, doctoral student in the PhD Program in Health Policy, will present his thesis, "The Economics of Organ Allocation," on April 12 at 1:30 p.m. in Room 224-E, HMS, 180 Longwood Avenue.

Carla Ann Romney, doctoral student in the Department of Cancer Cell Biology, will present her thesis, "Radiation-Induced Genomic Instability at Mammalian Autosomal Loci," on April 12 at 8:00 a.m. in SPH I-217.

Li-Te Chang will take his oral qualifying exam for a doctoral degree in the Department of Environmental Health on April 14 at 10:30 a.m. in SPH I-1301. Major: exposure assessment; minors: occupational health and biostatistics. Petros Koutrakis will chair the examination committee.

Hannah Elizabeth Kuper, doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology, will present her thesis, "The Epidemiology of Hepatocellular Carcinoma in Greece," on April 14 at 11:00 a.m. in Kresge 904.
