Environmental Health to Be Focus of Dean Bloom's Symposium on Thursday

"Global Health--Human Health: The Environmental Perspective" will be the subject of the next discussion in the Future of Public Health Millennial Symposium Series on Thursday, December 7 from 3:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Synder Auditorium. The event is hosted by Dean Barry Bloom and includes speakers Devra Davis of Carnegie Mellon University, Anthony McMichael of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and Éric Dewailly of Université Laval, Québec.

The panelists will discuss how global change will impact the health of future generations, how technology will affect the environment and human health, and whether mistakes of the past can be avoided in the future.
