Erin Kammann will take her oral qualifying exam for a doctoral degree in the Department of Biostatistics on December 13 at 10:30 a.m. in SPH II-426. Major field: biostatistics; minor fields: theoretical statistics and epidemiology of AIDS and infectious diseases. Louise Ryan will chair the examination committee.
Susan Doll will take her oral qualifying exam for a doctoral degree in the Department of Environmental Health on December 16 at 9:30 a.m. in SPH I-1301. Major field: environmental sciences; minor fields: engineered environments and toxicology and risk assessment. Jack Spengler will chair the examination committee.
Aaron Foster, doctoral student in the Department of Biostatistics,
will present his thesis, "Auxiliary Information for Strengthening
Predictions and Nonparametric Transformation Estimation," on December
17 at 9:00 a.m. in SPH II-426.
