Holiday Stress Packets Available

The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is offering for the fourth year in a row an updated and expanded packet with more than 30 informational articles about handling holiday-related stress. Topics include:

  • Celebrating and Staying Out of Debt

  • Preventing Family Conflicts

  • Post-Holiday "Let-Down" and Seasonal Affective Disorder

  • Getting Through the Holidays Without the Extra Pounds

  • Special Information for People in Recovery (Alcohol, Food, Gambling)

  • Simplifying the Holidays

  • Facing the Holidays as a Newly Separated or Divorced Person

  • Alzheimer's and the Holidays

    Call 495-HELP (4357) to request a free packet or to schedule a free, confidential in-person or telephone appointment for help with issues about alcohol/drugs, personal, family, financial/legal, or job problems. Packets can only be sent through University mail.
