Going Daffy! Fundraiser for Cancer Research Kicks Off

Once again, HSPH will kick off spring by sponsoring the American Cancer Society's annual Daffodil Days. Individuals may purchase a bouquet of 10 daffodils at a cost of $6. All donations should be made in the form of a check made payable to the American Cancer Society. Proceeds benefit local American Cancer Society's cancer control efforts.

Last year, Harvard University exceeded any previous year with sales of $33,345 and was the largest single seller of daffodils in New England. HSPH came in third of all the schools at the university.

The deadline for ordering daffodils is Thursday, February 22. Contact Jennifer Moltoni at jmoltoni@hsph.harvard.edu or 617-432-1036 to learn who is coordinating orders in your department. The daffodils will be delivered to the school on March 26.
