Last Acts as Acting Dean

James Ware has served the HSPH community as acting dean for a year and a half. A few of his official duties were captured in these photos. Above, Ware presents Justice Michael Kirby a copy of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights at the December 14 celebration of the 50th anniversary of the declaration.

Below, Ware presides at the December 17 faculty meeting. Throughout the meeting, members of the school's faculty took the opportunity to thank Ware for his leadership and support during his tenure as acting dean. With Dean Barry Bloom's arrival this month, Ware resumes his position as dean for academic affairs.
