Exams and Defenses

Eunyoung Cho, doctoral student in the Departments of Nutrition and Epidemiology, will present her thesis, "Alcohol, Zinc, and Fat Intake and Age-Related Macular Degeneration," on March 23 at 3:00 p.m. in SPH II-202.

Nizar Mahomed, doctoral student in the Department of Health Policy and Management, will present his thesis, "Evaluation of Regulatory Policies and Outcomes of Total Joint Anthoplasty," on March 26 at 10:00 a.m. in Kresge 439.

Susan Mary Thomas will take her oral qualifying exam for a doctoral degree in the Department of Immunology and Infectious Diseases on March 31 at 2:00 p.m. in SPH I- 717. Major: infectious disease epidemiology; minor fields: molecular biology and epidemiology. Leona Samson will chair the examination committee.
