Exams and Defenses

Marla Eisenberg will take her oral qualifying examination for a doctoral degree in the Department of Health and Social Behavior on March 22 at 8:30 a.m. in Kresge 708. Major field: health and social behavior; minor fields: women's health and epidemiology. Lisa Berkman will chair the examination committee.

Ruth Browne, doctoral candidate in the Department of Health Policy and Management, will present her thesis, "Racial and Gender Differences in Attitudes Towards and Experience with Violence and Gun Ownership Patterns," on March 31 at 3:00 p.m. in Kresge 439.
