Exams and Defenses

Howard Sesso, doctoral candidate in the Department of Epidemiology, will present his thesis, "Repeated Measurements of Blood Pressure and Alcohol Consumption and the Risk of Cardiovascular Disease," on May 24 at 3:00 p.m. in Kresge 904.

Elizabeth Richardson, doctoral student in the Department of Health Policy and Management, will present her thesis, "Measuring Health and Assessing the Impact of Health System Change," on May 24 at 5:15 p.m. in Taubman 401 at the Kennedy School of Government, 79 JFK Street, Cambridge.

Christopher Long will take his oral qualifying exam for a doctoral degree in the Department of Environmental Health on May 27 at 3:00 p.m. in SPH I-1301. Major: environmental health sciences; minor fields: biostatistics and environmental management. Paul Catalano will chair the examination committee.

Debra Schaumberg, doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology, will present her thesis, "Risk Factors for Age-Related Eye Diseases," on May 28 at 2:00 p.m. in Kresge 904.
