Faculty and Staff Assistance Program

Harvard University maintains a resource available to all employees and their families: the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP). The program offers guidance and referral assistance for a wide variety of issues including: family/marital, alcohol and other drugs, personal/emotional, child/elder care relationships, job stress, financial/ budget counseling, and legal.

Free FSAP help is available by telephone or in-person at 46 Brattle Street, Cambridge. The staff are licensed clinical social workers who maintain a strict code of confidentiality. FSAP does not disclose any information to anyone with out written permission. The staff are also happy to assist callers who wish to be anonymous.
