Longwood Symphony to Hold Benefit Concert

Denizens of the Longwood medical area possess talents other than those required in the laboratory or classroom. Many belong to the Longwood Symphony Orchestra, including HSPH's Jack Dennerlein, assistant professor of ergonomics and safety in the Department of Environmental Health (pictured left). The orchestra is holding a concert on Saturday, October 21 at 8 p.m. at Jordan Hall, New England Conservatory, 290 Huntington Avenue, to benefit the Children of Chernobyl Relief Fund. Tickets are $10 for students/seniors and $20 for adults. For more information, visit www.longwoodsymphony.org.
