- An orientation session for recently hired non-exempt staff will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on September 22 in
MEC-L008, 260 Longwood Avenue, HMS. The program includes an overview of Harvard's organizational structure and mission,
benefits, retirement plans, facilities, programs, and services. Benefits Office consultants will be on hand to answer questions.
