Objectives:
This operational research project will test (through a randomized staged-wedge design) the effectiveness of an improvement intervention to expand access to timely CD4 enumeration and HAART initiation for HIV-infected pregnant women. Intervention will include training, facilitated transport of specimens, SMS messaging of CD4 test results, and patient tracing.
