Hostelling International Room Request Form

If you will be staying at one of the locations we have arranged for workshop participants, please keep the following in mind:

  1) reservations must be made by May 11th, 2007
  2) in order to secure the discounted group rate, you must mention
      that you are with the HSPH Ethics Group
  3) if you make your reservation via email, please provide a credit
      card to secure your room, though the card will not be charged
