Program Fees for 2008
Intensive Seminar Program Fees:
$1,995 if payment received on or before September 8, 2008
$2,095 if payment received after September 8, 2008
Executive Education Program Fees (fees and deadlines subject to change):
$2,095 if payment received on or before April 14, 2009
$2,195 if payment received after April 14, 2009
All participants in either the April or September Forces of Change programs receive complimentary admission to all virtual seminars in the 2008 Forces of Change Series. Note: Registration is required. Please register for each virtual seminar you wish to participate in. The 2008 Virtual Seminar Sessions have all passed, however participants who register after the date of the virtual seminars will receive complimentary access to the archived seminars (for themselves and/or their entire organization).
Payment Policy
Payment must be made in US funds and received in order to process your registration. Payment by credit card is strongly preferred (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx). If a check is being sent from your organization, please make check payable to Harvard School of Public Health - CCPE, and be sure participant’s name is on the check. Note: Please do not make non-refundable flight arrangements until you have received confirmation from us.
Program Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made without additional charge. Requests for substitutions or cancellations for the April and September programs must be made in writing.
September program: Cancellation on or before July 25, 2008 will be issued a refund less $150 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received between July 26, 2008 and August 22, 2008 will be issued a refund of 50%. After August 22, 2008, no refund will be issued. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
April program: Cancellation on or before February 27, 2009 will be issued a refund less $150 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received between February 28, 2009 and March 27, 2009 will be issued a refund of 50%. After March 27, 2009, no refund will be issued. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
