The China Initiative is willing to help arrange for visiting scholars from China, who are outstanding leaders in academia, government, and the private sector, to come to the Harvard School of Public Health for career development. We hope to be able to provide limited funding support for the program in the future, but for now, interested candidates should independently clarify their career goals and funding sources for their stay at Harvard.
Dr. Jing Wu, a 2007-2008 Takemi Fellow, is the first visiting scholar to be sponsored by the China Initiative. She is currently working closely on several China Initiative research projects, focusing specifically on the equity aspect of health system reform in China.
