Christopher McNamara

Department of Environmental Health

I am an environmental microbiologist interested in biofilms,aquatic microbiology, and biodeterioration of cultural heritage materials. I earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame and a Ph.D. in Ecology from Kent State University. I currently have appointments as a Research Associate in the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and the Harvard School of Public Health.

I also teach and coordinate the web site for the Water Pollution Course in the Cyprus Program.
