Student Recognition Award
This award honors an HSPH student who demonstrates, through student activities or community service, a commitment to excellence, leadership, and volunteerism. Please submit nominations online by Friday, April 12, 2013.
Nominees will be notified and asked to submit the following materials to the Office for Student Affairs by Monday April 29, 2013:
- An essay (maximum 500 words) describing your (the nominee’s) public health vision and how your activities have demonstrated this vision.

Who is eligible to receive the HSPH Student Recognition Award?
HSPH students graduating in the 2012-13 academic year.
Who may submit a nomination?
HSPH faculty, staff, and students. Students maynominate themselves.
When is the deadline for nominations?
The 2013 nomination period has ended.
