Commencement Eve Celebration

Wednesday, May 29th, 4:00-7:00 PM

Faculty are cordially invited to the Commencement Eve Celebration, a reception that recognizes students’ contributions, dedication and accomplishments in a casual celebratory setting. All Commencement awards will be presented at this event and though acknowledged during the Commencement ceremony, they will not be presented on May 29th. Therefore, faculty are strongly encouraged to attend this event in support of students’ achievements.

The Commencement Celebration will be located under the Commencement tent in the Kresge Courtyard. Light refreshments will be served.

HSPH Commencement Schedule, Thursday, May 30, 2013

12:00 – 1:30 PM: Box lunches available in FXB ATRIUM
2:00 PM: Faculty must line up in the Kresge cafeteria
2:30 PM: Academic procession begins
