Even if you have ordered regalia from the COOP in the past, as the COOP does not retain these records, you will need to provide the following information: Your full name (spelling your last name), your telephone number, your highest degree and the school you received it from, your height, head circumference and weight. Be sure to mention that you are HSPH faculty, as rental costs will be paid for by the Office of Faculty Affairs.
Order Your Regalia by Wednesday, April 10, 2013
The COOP at HSPH: Representatives from the Harvard COOP will be taking Regalia, class rings, announcements and diploma frames orders on Tuesday March 26 and Wednesday March 27, 11am-4pm in the Kresge Cafeteria. Please have your COOP number available.

Rental and Purchase Information
No orders will be accepted after April 10. Faculty who have not reserved their regalia by the deadline, may come to the Harvard COOP between May 27-30 and pick up regalia from the “extra” stock provided. A $25.00 late fee will be charged to all such regalia rentals.
Pick up your regalia – May 17 through May 23
Students must pick up your rented regalia between May 23, 24 & 28 (Times TBD) at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center or the Harvard Square COOP on May 29 (9am-9pm) or May 30 (6:15am-9pm)
Be sure you have the correct gown, hood and cap before you leave the COOP so that incorrect items can be exchanged immediately. If you ordered regalia in person, you will be given an order slip which you will present when picking up your regalia. Orders placed by fax will not receive order slips.
Return your regalia – by June 2
Each faculty member is responsible for returning his or her regalia directly to the COOP by June 2. There is a $25.00 late fee if the regalia are not returned by this date. The full cost of regalia (up to $800) could be charged for any regalia not returned.
Please make sure you have your name checked off the list when you return your regalia to the Harvard COOP.
