How can I let the Office for Student Affairs know that I will attend Commencement?

All Harvard Yard and HSPH Commencement tickets must be ordered via the online Commencement Information and Response Form. You will receive a link to this form by email.

Please note: PhD students should order HSPH tickets through this website and should order their two tickets for the morning ceremony in the Yard through GSAS.
