What should I do about lunch in the short time between the two ceremonies?

Because of the limited time between the two ceremonies, we provide free bag lunches for all graduates.

Many students decide to order lunches for their families to make the transition between the two ceremonies easier, although other families make arrangements to eat in the Longwood area outside of HSPH. All three Longwood Harvard Schools are graduating at the same time so local restaurants are very busy.

To order bag lunches for your guests, please indicate your preference on the CIRF form  and mail or bring your payment (check or money order only, payable to HSPH)  to the Office for Student Affairs by Friday, April 26. Please write your HUID number on your check.

Guest box lunches are $15 each.

Box lunches will be available for pickup in the FXB Atrium 12pm – 1:30pm, you must present your lunch ticket to receive your lunch.

Please note: The HSPH cafeteria will not be open on Commencement Day.
