Graduation Checklist

1. Apply to Graduate - only applies to May graduates, deadline February 15, 2013
2. Diploma Dispersal, select whether you will pick-up your diploma or request it to be mailed. ( if you are going to pick up your diploma please email the form to registrar@hsph.harvard.edu)
3. Visa Support Letter (request a letter for visas)
4. Commencement Information and Response Form (CIRF) – available April 1-26, 2013
5. Class of 2013 Photo - Tuesday, April 9, 12:30pm (download your order form now)
6. Order Regalia (cap and gown) - Order by April 10
7. Survey of Graduating Students – coming soon
8. Loan Exit Counseling
9. Graduation Checklist for P:Drive
10. Locker and Mailbox clean out
