1. Apply to Graduate
   • November graduate deadline September 6, 2013
   • March graduate deadline January 3, 2014
   • May graduate deadline February 7, 2014
2. Diploma Dispersal, select whether you will pick-up your diploma or request it to be mailed. ( if you are going to pick up your diploma please email the form to registrar@hsph.harvard.edu)
3. Visa Support Letter (request a letter for visas)
4. Commencement Information and Response Form (CIRF) – available April, 2014
5. Class of 2014 Photo - Tuesday, April 8, 12:30pm
6. Order Regalia (cap and gown)
7. Survey of Graduating Students
8. Loan Exit Counseling
9. Graduation Checklist for P:Drive
10. Locker and Mailbox clean out
