Dear Graduating Masters Students

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from HSPH.  I have the happy task of announcing the names of the Master’s Degree recipients at the Commencement ceremony.  If you are planning on attending the ceremony, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you to help me pronounce your name correctly, especially if any of your names could be mispronounced by a native English speaker.

Please call me at 617-432-4703 and leave a voice mail message with the following information:

• Please spell your last name.
• Clearly say your entire name, including any middle names, as it is normally pronounced.
• Please include all names that you anticipate will be in the commencement program.
