Nov/March Graduates
As a November 2012 or March 2013 graduate, you are eligible to attend the morning Commencement exercises in Harvard Yard and the afternoon ceremony here at the Harvard School of Public Health on Thursday, May 30, 2013.
Using the CIRF (Commencement Information and Response Form;) you can confirm your attendance at the ceremonies, order guest tickets, box lunches, and request disability seating and assistance.
All Commencement attendees must wear full academic regalia, you will also need to order your cap and gown from the Harvard Medical COOP; information on this process can be found under Regalia.
Shortly after you graduate as a Harvard University alumna/us you will receive an invitation to register with the University-wide Harvard Alumni Association to participate in Crimson Compass, the University-wide career mentoring site. In addition to the University-wide directory, you will also receive an invitation to join the HSPH Alumni Online Community, featuring a secure, password protected Public Health field of practice directory and networking site including all HSPH alumni.
The HSPH Class of 2013 photograph will be taken on Tuesday, April 09, 2013 (rain date April 16) at 12:30pm outside the Kresge building and we would be delighted to have you participate. Photographs cost $10 and will be available in the Office for Student Affairs (Kresge G-20) or in your Commencement packet if you will attend the ceremony.
You and your guests are cordially invited to join us on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 4pm for the Commencement Celebration, a lively celebration honoring students, staff, and faculty. We encourage you to wear traditional dress; this event celebrates the rich diversity of the HSPH community. This is an opportunity to mix informally with other graduates, staff, and faculty from HSPH and enjoy some music and light refreshments. Co-hosted by the Office for Alumni Affairs, the Office of Diversity, and the Office for Student Affairs
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about commencement.
Congratulations on your graduation, and I hope to see you in May.
