Packet Information

Where do I pick-up my Commencement packet?

Each graduating student who completes the Commencement Ticket Form and confirms his/her attendance at Commencement on May 30th will receive a Commencement Packet which will include the following items:

  • Guest tickets for Harvard Yard and HSPH ceremonies
  • Disability guest tickets, if requested
  • Harvard Yard and HSPH ceremony instructions
  • Shuttle schedules
  • Box lunch vouchers for guests, if ordered
  • DVD order form for Harvard Yard Ceremony

Packets may be picked up with your student ID in Kresge 110 on May 15 and May 16, 10am-4pm.

Packets may be mailed if request is made in advance, please email studentaffairs@hsph.harvard.edu for information.
