INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CAP AND GOWN
Required Regalia
Graduates who intend to march in the University’s Commencement exercises in the morning and/or in the afternoon ceremonies at HSPH are required to wear academic regalia: a cap, gown and hood. You may rent a cap, gown and hood from the Harvard COOP.
Where can I order my Cap and Gown?
The COOP at HSPH: Representatives from the Harvard COOP will be taking Regalia, class rings, announcements and diploma frames orders on Tuesday March 26 and Wednesday March 27, 11am-4pm in the Kresge Cafeteria. Please have your COOP number available.
In person: Harvard Coop, March 25 – April 10, Mon – Sat 9 am to 9 pm; Sun 10 am to 7 pm

Rental and Purchase Information
No orders will be accepted after April 10. Graduates who have not reserved their regalia by the deadline, may come to the Harvard COOP between May 27-30 and pick up regalia from the “extra” stock provided. A $25.00 late fee will be charged to all such regalia rentals.

Pick Up Information
Students must pick up your rented regalia between May 23, 24 & 28 (Times TBD) at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center or the Harvard Square COOP on May 29 (9am-9pm) or May 30 (6:15am-9pm)
Return Information
All rented regalia must be returned by June 3, 2013. A LATE FEE of $25.00 will apply if not compliant with this deadline. Failure to return regalia by June 30, 2013, could result in a liability of up to $800.00.
Order Cancellation
If you are unable to attend Commencement, please cancel your order prior to commencement. Contact the Harvard Square COOP for assistance.
Graduation Invitation Orders
If you wish to order official Harvard Graduation Announcements for your guests, they can be purchased through the COOP at HSPH on March 26 & 27, 10am-4pm or in person at the Harvard Square COOP.
