CII offers a number of scholarships to students in its MS in Environmental Health Program. Funds are available from a variety of donors including the Fulbright Foundation, the Leventis Foundation, the Bodassaki Foundation, CYMEPA and other sources. Scholarships, which vary from tuition waivers to full support, are awarded primarily on the basis of academic merit. However among meritorious candidates, financial need also is considered. We expect to be able to fund approximately 10 students for the 2010 - 2011 academic year. Information and applications are available from Mr. Yiannis Vakis (yiannis.vakis@cut.ac.cy) . Scholarship offers are normally made by mid-May.

The Institute, established in 2005 as part of a unique partnership between HSPH and the Republic of Cyprus, serves as a regional leader in environmental and public health education and research.

The A.G. Leventis Foundation will also fund one scholarship per year for three years for a qualified doctoral student or post-doctoral fellow from Cyprus enrolled at HSPH.
