Leadership and Management: The Importance for Public Health Professionals

In the Monday ERC Seminar, Lou DiBerardinis, Director, Environment, Health and Safety at MIT and Instructor at HSPH, will discuss the difference between leadership and management, identify skills needed to be a successful leader, identify strategies for prioritizing work, and discuss the role of transformational leadership.  This is a preview of a continuing education course being offered by the Executive and Continuing Education Program (ECPE) in March 2023.
