Hotels
A number of hotels in Boston and Cambridge offer a Harvard corporate rate, which is somewhat lower than the market rate. Mention you are attending a Harvard event and request Harvard’s corporate rate.
Our conference guests should note that hotels fill fast in April in Boston-Cambridge. Hotels with competitive rates can be found in selected suburbs. Examples include the Days Inn in Allston-Soldiers Field Road, visit http://www.daysinn.com/DaysInn ; Quality Inn in Lexington or elsewhere, visit http://www.choicehotels.com , and Holiday Inn Express, visit http://www.hiexpress.com . The Cambridge hotels listed below are closest to the venue. A hotel in Boston will require a subway ride at least. A hotel in the suburbs would require hiring a cab and/or taking public bus or MBTA trolley. We are glad to help you estimate distance and local travel costs. Call the conference phone line, 617-432-6417 or disaster@hsph.harvard.edu .
