Norton Woods Conference Center is the private events venue of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences founded by John Adams in 1780. It is located in a beautiful building on five acres of woods next to Harvard University. The address is 136 Irving Street, Cambridge, MA 02138; 617-576-5026, www.amacad.org/nortonswoods.aspx. It is easily accessed via taxi or a 15 minute walk from Harvard Square.
