Career aspirations:  In surgery with an interest in providing quality care in austere and resource-limited settings.

Reasons for becoming an SA:  My goal in joining the SA program was to contribute to continued efforts to diversify tthe HSPH community and participate in projects that foster inclusion throughout the HSPH Community.

Current SA projects:  I am working within the Office of Admissions at HSPH, looking closely at recruitment efforts with a focus on underrepresented minorities. A specific project that I will be leading looks to understand how social media may be effectively utilized to leverage enhanced recruitment of qualified applicants from underrepresented groups.
