Program: SM2, SHDH
Career aspirations: Serving and empowering low income communities of color to address health disparities.
Reasons for becoming an SA: I believe in providing a safe space for students of color and allies to create community consciousness, inclusiveness, and unity between cultures. I believe diversity is essential in a national and global health movement and that fostering diversity starts on campus.
Current SA projects: Working with the Department of Society, Human Development and Health to improve diversity outreach and promote public health to underrepresented and under-resourced communities.
