Harvard University believes universities have a special role and special responsibility in confronting the challenges of climate change and environmental stewardship. Harvard is dedicated to confronting these challenges both through academic research and by translating research into action on campus.

At Harvard School of Public Health, we are at the forefront of research that addresses the most pressing global health and environmental issues that face us today.  Concepts such as sustainability and climate change are no stranger. University wide, Harvard is working to create models that engage the community, and suggest innovative and economically-viable solutions for a healthier campus. This page is dedicated to highlight HSPH projects that have been completed, or individuals, groups or departments that are constantly working at making HSPH a more sustainable campus.
