Landmark Conference Rooms 414A and 404A can be booked through Ashley Fratus, Isabelle Altman, Rose West or Alice Smythe. Contact Alyssa Wilcox in the EH Department Office to book a room over at HSPH main campus.

Requesting Repair Service
When requesting repair service for circuits, phone lines, phone equipment, and wire and cable,be prepared to provide a detailed description of the problem including:

  • Line number and location
  • Type of line and phone equipment being used
  • A phone number (other than the troubled line) where you can be reached
  • Any troubleshooting steps you have already taken
  • For after-hours emergencies dial the main number (617) 495-4900 and follow the prompts
  • Marshall Katler is also available to assist with your phone questions. Marshall can be reached at mkatler@hsph.harvard.edu

    EER copiers are located in Bldg 1 in room G26 and at Landmark in the Mailroom by the main door. The EER copier in the Landmark mailroom also has a scanner.To use an EER copier you must have a copy code and your copier job must be allocable to your project. See Ashley Fratus or Isabelle Altman in the EER Program Office regarding copier account codes.
    **The EER Program Office has a color copier/printer which can be used for your project for a per copy fee.

    Various printers are located throughout EER Space. To be networked to the printer nearest you call HSPH IT at 2-help. You will need to know the printers address which should be located somewhere on the front of the printer.
