Below is information on how to be green in the Epi Department including recycled supplies, composting, recycling, battery recycling, rechargeable batteries, reusable mugs, filtered water, and printing.

Green wall – Visit the green wall for information on green happenings within the department and HSPH

  • 9th Floor – Outside of Epi Library

Recycled supplies – Drop off unwanted supplies or pick up new supplies

  • 8th  and 9th Floors – Epi Library Cabinets (Kresge 907)
  • Bldg 2 – Supply cabinet

  • 8th Floor – Inside main door
  • 5th Floor – Outside of HR by the elevators, in the classroom located on the fifth floor

Rechargeable batteries

Mugs

  • 8th and 9th Floors – Under sink in kitchen on the 9th floor
  • 5th Floor – In the kitchen for Suite 506 (MIDAS)
  • Bldg 2 – Coming soon to the kitchen!!

Filtered water

  • 9th floor – Special faucet for filtered water is on the sink in the kitchen
  • 8th floor – End of the hall
  • 5th floor – Kitchen in suite 506 and HR Kitchen
  • Building 2 – Kitchen

Printing

  • Double sided printing
    •  Default for all computers in suite 506
    • To set double sided printing as your default
