HSPH Policy on Conflicts of Interest and Commitment
The HSPH policy on conflicts of commitment has been superseded by the “Harvard School of Public Health Implementation Plan for the Harvard University Policy on Individual Financial Conflicts of Interest for Persons Holding Faculty and Teaching Appointments, and/or conducting work on sponsored grants” as of February 15, 2012. Conflict of Interest and Commitment Disclosure Forms
All faculty and teaching appointments as well as anyone listed as principal investigators or key personnel on sponsored grants through the school, effective February 15, 2012, are required to report outside financial interests online at the PIN-enabled site:

Primary and select secondary faculty members are also required to report their outside professional commitments online on a separate website located at:
www.hsph.harvard.edu/opa
For new reporters that do not have access to the site, please send your name, title, department, and Harvard email address to facultyaffairs@hsph.harvard.edu
